Free Returns Policy

We are confident you will enjoy your perfume. But if a fragrance isn’t right for you, we offer a hassle free, no fuss returns process under the conditions below.

Returns Eligibility

You may return your order for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The perfume bottle contains at least 95% of the original contents

  • The bottle and outer packaging are in reasonable condition

  • The product has not been damaged, altered, or excessively used

Opened and lightly used perfumes are eligible for return provided these conditions are met.

Bundle Orders

Our fragrances are sold individually and in bundles:

  • 1 for $99

  • 3 for $198

  • 5 for $297

For bundle purchases:

  • All items in the bundle must be returned together

  • Partial bundle returns are not accepted

  • Each bottle must meet the returns eligibility criteria

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and we’ll provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

  • Returns are inspected once received

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Returns Not Accepted

We may decline a return if:

  • The product contains less than 95% of its original volume

  • The packaging or bottle is excessively damaged

  • The return request is made after 14 days

  • The product shows signs of misuse

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
